Sentinel-3 radiometry validation using RadCalNet and Sentinel-2

The last method will use RadCalNet and Sentinel-2 for validating the radiometry of low/medium resolution sensors such as Sentinel-3/OLCI. The methodology proposed is based on two steps: first, the transfer from RadCalNet sites to larger sites using Sentinel-2 and then, the use of PICS to validate Sentinel-3. The methodology shall take into account the difference between the two sensors in terms of viewing area, viewing angles, sun angles, atmospheric conditions and spectral response functions.
